Augusta ? Crews will be milling the pavement on I-95 in the Augusta area in the overnight hours beginning on Tuesday, July 19th.
The schedule is as follows:
Tuesday, July 19th:
Exit 112A off-ramp for Interstate 95 northbound will be closed for milling operations from 10 p.m. to 1a.m. Ramp may reopen early if possible. Once reopened, Exit 112B will be closed.
Exit 112B off-ramp for Interstate 95 northbound will be closed for milling operations from 1 a.m. to 6 a.m. Ramp may reopen early if possible.
Exit 112 on-ramp for Interstate 95 northbound will be closed for milling operations from midnight to 6 a.m. Ramp may reopen early if possible.
Wednesday, July 20, 2016:
Exit 112 on-ramp for Interstate 95 northbound will be closed for milling operations from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. if work has not been completed from Tuesday. Ramp may reopen early if possible.
The entire Exit 109 Interchange will be closed for milling operations from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. once Exit 112 on-ramp is reopened. Select ramps may be opened early as work progresses. Exit 109A southbound will also be closed. Exit 109B southbound will remain open.
Weather permitting, paving operations will begin the week of July 25th.
Motorists are encouraged to use caution when traveling through the work zones.
